Ramsgen checks a RAMS line by line against the project requirements. Contractual misses, safety risks and poor practice come back in one highlighted report, with each finding cited to the page it's about.
What the review checks
Every RAMS is checked against two things. The first is your project: the pre-construction information, drawings and site rules you uploaded to it. The second is a fixed set of 165 review questions in 40 sections, the same on every job.
The questions cover excavation, buried and overhead services, lifting, confined spaces, temporary works, emergency and rescue, welfare and ecology, among others. Each one is answered yes, no or not applicable, with the passage that answers it.
What you get back
A report with every finding highlighted on the passage it relates to. Each finding says whether the passage is missing, weak or in conflict with a requirement, how serious it is, and which page of the RAMS and of the project pack it rests on. Major findings come first.
You make the decision
Ramsgen doesn't approve, reject or sign a document. Each finding shows the passage it's about, so you can check it against the document and dismiss the ones you disagree with. Whether the RAMS is accepted is your decision.
How your documents are handled
We never edit the document you upload. The report sits alongside it, so the RAMS stays exactly as it was submitted.
Text inside an uploaded document is read as content to be checked, never as instructions, so nothing written in a submission can change how it is reviewed.
Who uses it
Principal contractors checking the RAMS their supply chain sends. Consultants reviewing documents on behalf of a client. And any contractor checking their own team's RAMS before it goes out.
If the RAMS hasn't been written yet, it can be created from the same project requirements.

RAMS review is on the Principal plan, £199 a month for 5 seats. The seven-day trial includes RAMS review whichever plan you choose, with up to 5 documents to write or review.
