How the trial works
The trial lasts seven days and includes every feature, including RAMS review, whichever plan you choose. You can write or review up to 5 documents during it.
You need a card to start the trial, and nothing is charged for the first seven days. On the eighth day your plan starts at £59, £99 or £199 a month and renews each month. If you cancel before then, under Manage billing in the app, you are not charged. Documents you have made stay readable and downloadable whether you continue or not.
Questions
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one named person. Standard has 1 seat, Professional has 2 seats and Principal has 5 seats, and seats cannot be added to a plan. Larger companies can be billed by active project instead of by user.
What counts as a document?
Writing a RAMS, writing a construction phase plan and reviewing a RAMS each count as one document. Each person on a plan can use 10 a month, in any mix, and the count resets with your billing month.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in the app, under Manage billing. An account admin can do this at any time, including during the trial, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are paid monthly and renew until you cancel. The terms for project-based billing are agreed with you on a call.
