Keep each client's pack in its own project. Write RAMS and construction phase plans from that client's requirements, and review the documents their contractors send you against the same pack. Every change and every finding is cited to a page in the client's own documents.
Documents you can put your name to
Every task starts from a standard assessment of its hazards, drawn from a library grounded in 52 HSE publications and approved codes of practice. The requirements from that client's pack are then worked through it clause by clause.
Every line the pack changed is highlighted, with the requirement behind it and the page it came from. When a client asks why a control is there, you can show them the page in their own pack.
4.2 Excavation and support
The connection trench is dug by 3t excavator to invert, 1.4 m below existing surface, working back from the manhole toward plot 18.
Sides are supported by proprietary trench box from 1.2 m, set from outside the excavation. No operative enters an unsupported trench at any depth.

Reviews you can stand behind
When you review a RAMS for a client, every finding cites the passage it's about and the requirement it's measured against. You can check each one against the document as you read it, and drop the ones you disagree with.
You decide which findings stand and what to tell the client.

Each client's work stays in its own project, with its own documents and its own history. Every review is saved against the document and the date it was done, so you can show a client what you checked and when.

Writing and review are both on the Principal plan, £199 a month for 5 seats. The price is per team, not per client.
