Why RAMS get sent back
Most RAMS that get sent back describe the trade but not the site. The reviewer is looking for the overhead line across the compound, the permit their client requires before anyone breaks ground, and the footway that has to stay open.
Those details are in the pre-construction information and the site rules, and that's what Ramsgen builds from.
Built from the pack you were sent
Upload whatever the principal contractor sent you to a project: the pre-construction information, the drawings, the site rules, the induction pack. Ramsgen reads it and lists what that job requires of you.
Your RAMS is then built from a standard assessment of your trade's hazards, with those requirements worked through it. Every line that came from their pack is highlighted with the page it came from, so when the reviewer asks where something came from, you can show them.
4.2 Excavation and support
The connection trench is dug by 3t excavator to invert, 1.4 m below existing surface, working back from the manhole toward plot 18.
Sides are supported by proprietary trench box from 1.2 m, set from outside the excavation. No operative enters an unsupported trench at any depth.

Gaps are left as questions
If something isn't in the pack, such as who countersigns the permit to dig or where the nearest A&E is, Ramsgen doesn't guess. It is left as a question in the document, so you can fill it in before the RAMS goes to the principal contractor.
